In pursuance of approval accorded by General Administration Department to the Govt. of Assam, vide letter NO.GAG (B).230/2014/Pt/114 dated 08/8/2019, applications are invited
from intending candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up of posts as mentioned below which are lying vacant under the amalgamated
establishment of O/o the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam. The application should be submitted in the Standard Form of Application as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX on or before 25/08/2020 up to 3.00 PM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, P.O.: - Nalbari, PIN: -781335.




1. Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Office Peon
Total Number of Posts -  (মুঠ পদ) = 11 [SC:2, ST (P):2, ST (H):1, OBC-MOBC:5, EWS:1]
Salary - (দৰমহা) = PB of Rs.12,000 - 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900/-
Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) =  Minimum Class-VIII passed

 General Terms & Condition to apply:

 1. Reservation for women and Person with Disability as per rule.

 2. The candidate must have registered their names in employment exchange and valid registration number along-with the date must be mentioned in their application.

 3. The applicant must not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years of age as on 1st January, 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for the candidate of SC / ST / OBC - MOBC etc. as per
standing Government norms.

 4. Candidate already in service should apply through proper channel.

 5. Incomplete / defective applications shall be rejected without any intimation to the candidates/ applicants.

 6. No application will be entertained after the scheduled date.

 7. All reservation including Economically Weaker Sections, if any will be followed as per standing Government norms as amended From time to time.

 8. The accepted applicants have to appear for a written test. All information pertaining to written test result and final result will be intimated through newspaper and notice board of the Deputy
Commissioner office, Nalbari.

 9. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.

 10. The selected candidates will have to submit an Undertaking to the authority that they will abide by the New Pension Rules of the Government.

 11. No TA / DA shall be paid by the Office for attending the written test and documents verification.

the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari.

 2. Candidates must be ready to serve in any of the branches under the amalgamated establishment of O/o the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari.

 3. The candidate must submit self attested Xerox copies of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter id or PRC), Qualifying Examination, Age, Caste certificate etc. along-with recent passport size photograph and specimen signature at the application.

 4. Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) have to furnish proper “Income & Asset Certificate” issued from competent authority.

 5. Applicants who are already employed must apply through their respective Employer within the stipulated period.
