Dibrugarh University Recruitment 2019 for the 4 Post of Electrical Assistant & Plumber - Assam Job Exam news

Applications in the prescribed format of the University are invited from the intending competent and eligible candidates for appointment of Electrical Assistant (on Contract basis) and Plumber (on Contract basis) at Dibrugarh University as per the details shown below. The applications shall have to reach the undersigned on or before 23.10.2019.
(1) Name of the Post : Electrical Assistant (on Contract basis) [02 posts] (1 OBC/MOBC)
Salary : Rs. 10,810/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten only)
Minimum Educational : HSLC with ITI Diploma in Electrical Trade having Qualification Workman permit.
Desirable : Preference shall be given to the candidate having post qualification experience inline in any Govt./Public/ Private sector manufacturing industries.
(2) Name of the Post : Plumber (on Contract basis) [02 posts] (1 post reserved for ST(P))
Salary : Rs. 14,210/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred & Ten only)
Minimum Educational : Minimum 12 th pass with ITI course or Diploma in Qualification Plumbing trade with at least 2 years of work experience in Plumbing systems.
Desirable : Preference will be given to the Candidates with experience in supervisory role, having knowledge of operation of equipment such as water heater, pumps, valves, taps etc. and equipment related to the plumbing trade. Candidates should have the ability to effectively apply plumbing codes, supervisory plumbing techniques and practices, and to install, repair and maintain all types of plumbing systems.

The prescribed application form for the above post can be downloaded from the Dibrugarh University website- www.dibru.ac.in. The application form shall be submitted to the Sr. Assistant Registrar (Admin.), Dibrugarh University along with all the necessary documents and a Demand Draft/ Receipt of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) drawn in favour of the Registrar, D.U. payable at Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch (code 994000), Dibrugarh
N.B.:
1) The date of Interview and name of the eligible candidates will be notified on the University Website.
2) The Age of the candidate should not be below 18 (eighteen) years and should exceed 38 years as on 01.01.2019. In case of SC/ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. Rules.
3) No TA/ DA will be entertained to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
4) The appointment will be purely on temporary basis and terminable at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
